Fisher & Paykel is proud to bring you the first series of New Zealand on a Plate, screening on Sky's Food Channel at 5.30pm on Sundays.

New Zealand on a Plate showcases each week one of the country's established cuisine regions, offering international visitors, domestic travellers and locals alike the opportunity to learn about and sample the cuisine of that region. Top chefs from each area utilise local produce, cooking and presenting food the region is renowned for.
